Road Trip

I went to cedar city to visit Janell, Sam and Oliver Friday and Saturday. I called it a Road trip because a third of our time was spent in the car on the four hour drive. Though long, the trip was worth it, Oliver is a cutie! My friend Katie came with my mom and I. We had a few adventures of our own. On Saturday we were a little board so we went on a walk down main street in cedar city visiting all of the little shops. my mom was supposed to pick us up at 2:30 but we got inpatient around 12:00 and started walking back to the apartment. there was a little hill on the side of the road. It didn't look to big and i was sure that there apartment was on the other side. so i dragged Katie up the hill. She was all ready sick because I made her eat half of a pizza. upon arriving at the top of the hill we found that in fact we were on a huge hill/mountain and Janell and Sam's apartment was a mile and a half away. I didn't want to go back down so Kate and I walked the length of the rather large "hill". when we got to the bottom on the other side we just had to walk through a field of rocks and thorns to get there! We were both wearing flip-flops this is a picture of our feet when we got back. It was quite an adventure!
