I'll be the first to admit, I have a problem. I like to buy things. while you're shopping it seems that your funds are endless and anything you want is within your reach...
Today I was looking at apartments for college. You heard right! Next year I'll be a freshman in college, crazy I know. Anywhoo... The expenses, weighing on my mind were making my stomach twist into knots. I'm excited to be going to college but holy poo on toast, it's expensive, it's like a big black hole looming in my future... I think I may just start having night mares. :)
Well after looking at possible apartments, and going through countless virtual tours I realized that it was four thirty and I'd have to hurry to make it to the bank on time to deposit my check. With all banking finished and heading home the dreadful thought popped into my mind... I just put money in the bank. I can go get a new shirt to wear tomorrow... and with out any other logical thinking I hit the gas and headed towards the hailed Walmart.
In the dressing room with a stack of new shirts, I realized... I'm going to college in less than a year I can't be spending this money... I took the clothes out to the checker and almost ran from the store.
I'd have to admit, it was a first.

Haha, let me just tell you that it never ends. It's not just school. As soon as you move away from the unit's casa you will be broke! Save up while you can! Ask Ashley, she is the best at saving; cough, cough, cheap, cough, cough!
:) good luck Sarah! Don't worry it's easier to not spend money when you just don't have any.
Thanks for the advice guys! :) I'm probably going to take on a second job, and pick up loose change while I walk home. Ha ha ha
Don't get a second job! Yuck! Wait until the summer. Focus on school and enjoying your friends!
